Metro a big Challange: Nagpur Improvement Trust
Development of the Metro Region is the biggest challenge for the new Chairman of Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) Dr Sanjay Mukherjee. Maharashtra Government has authorised NIT as nodal agency for the development of the Metro Region in the year 2002.
Dr Mukherjee took over the charge from outgoing Chairman Shyam Tagade on Thursday. He worked as Additional Commissioner, Sales Tax, Mumbai, for last 20 days. Earlier, he worked as Nagpur District Collector. Mukherjee, a city boy, later taking to mediapersons, said that presently Maharashtra Government has not finalised the working pattern of the Metro Region. Recently, the election of the members was held at Nagpur. Metro Region will help in overall development of the city, he added. The New Chairman said that NIT is the biggest and oldest organisation working for creating infrastructure and development of the Orange City. He will take feedback from the citizens of the Orange City for the smooth and transparent working of NIT. Mukherjee said that NIT will computerise the working of registration of unauthorised layouts and NIT budget. He will also look after the biggest project of modernising Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital (IGGMCH). He will also continue with all the good projects started by Tagade.
sir my self manoj tiwari.mai nit se malum karana chahata hoo ki.jo socitey ke rejected layout hai.in future kabhi nit usko apane dayre me legi ya nahi.kyuki maine aise rejected layout me plot purchase kiya hai..nagpur one third pepople rejected layout..me jivan bitarahi hai.aap apana koi suzav hame jaroor bheje.
illegal construction in mahabodhi appartment nit complex, cmpdi road, jaripata, nagpur.k/7. hence there is chock up the shoreline and water line and also problem of parking.we r complaint to urs office nit north zone arsi nagar nagpur on 06-09-2010 but not action till date. please soled the problem as early as possible.

i m good wisher of NIT,SIR I want to tell u some irregularites of survey no:-29,25/1-2of mouza indora,on plot no:1 and 2 in APPORVA APPARTMENT beside jaripatka police station Nara road Nagpur in panchpaoli housing scheme of NIT.in which there r six(6)blocks(shop)on the basement and six(6)blocks (shop) on the upper side, after that six floor of flats.sir i would like to tell u that the basement first block (shop)beside to police station as well as first block (shop)of upperside is illegal construction,in SANCTION map there is a straise shown going towards upper side,but the builder had constructed a shops & sale it.sir it create very nuisance to others.sir plz remove that illegal constuction as earlly as possible.sir we flat owners having problems of that illegal construction.plz help out sir.
